Through Jazzcode AS, Carl Størmer trains executives, analysts, consultants, boards and leaders of high-performing teams deal more effectively with the most challenging part of their work: complexity. Jazzcode offer intensive, action-oriented sessions in structured communication, problem-solving, project management, sales and negotiations, in addition to talks, workshops, combined with musical experiences where we learn from jazz – how to innovate, collaborate, learn, and create presence in real-time — hence the name Jazzcode.
In addition to our client work with some of the world’s most admired organizations, Carl has written for Harvard Business School and lectured at London Business School, INSEAD, Copenhagen and Stockholm School of Economics about the lessons we can learn from jazz musicians on innovation and leadership of creative teams when every day is different by using through radical simplification.
